Ans. One you have completed the course and passed the assessment you can print your certificate straightaway. You can purchase a professionally printed certificate which we will post out first class within 5 working days.
Ans. You should complete all the chapters of the course. For a chapter to be classed as completed you must pass the small multiple choice assessment at the end of the chapter. Once all the chapters have been completed you must pass a final assessment which will then allow you to print and save your certificate.
Ans. Yes, So long as your training meets the required standards recognised by an EHO, (our courses meets these standards) and as importantly you can demonstrate proof of learning and that you are implementing this knowledge into your everyday role.
Ans. This will depend on your experiance. We believe that someone new to this topic will be able to complete the course in about 6 hours. There is no restriction in completeing the course in a sigle seating. The system will record your progress and you can continue the course after a break. The course must be completed in 28 days.
